Barun Hydropower Company Limited (BARUN) now keeps its 1:1 rights offering open until 3rd Bhadra, 2082, allowing existing shareholders to purchase 53,58,150 units worth Rs. 53.58 Crores. The offering, originally closing 19th Shrawan, 2082, is now extended to give more time for applications.
Unallotted applicants received refunds on Shrawan 21, 2082. Terhathum Power Company Limited (TPC) allotted 35,81,262 right‑shares on Shrawan 18, 2082, leaving 4,18,738 (10.46%) shares unclaimed.
Swabhimaan Laghubitt has distributed 5% bonus shares directly to shareholders' DEMAT accounts; shareholders who have not updated their bank details should do so promptly to receive the bonus. The company also approved a 5.2632% dividend at its 8th AGM held on 19th Baisakh, 2082.
