Sayapatri Hydropower Limited has been approved by the Electricity Regulatory Commission to issue rights shares at a ratio of 1:0.74 on 2082/05/20, after its 8th Annual General Meeting decided a 1:1 ratio on 2082/03/21.
Auction opens today (22nd Bhadra) for 3,58,512.48 unclaimed rights shares of Asian Life Insurance Company Limited and closes on 29th Bhadra. The minimum bid rate is Rs. 100 per share.
The company will approve a 20 % cash dividend of Rs 9.87 crores at its 18th AGM on 1 st Ashwin 2082, scheduled for 4:30 pm at Hotel Le Himalaya, Kathmandu.

The auction to bid on Nepal Insurance Company Limited’s 1,97,042.76 unclaimed right shares opens on 27 Bhadra and closes on 5 Ashwin 2082. These shares represent 2.99% of the issue, with a minimum bid rate of Rs. 100 and quantity limits of 100 ordinary and 1,000 promoter shares per bidder.
