Book closure for Shangrila Development Bank's 10.5263% dividend runs from Ashoj 8 to Ashoj 22, 2083, and only shareholders registered on Ashoj 22 will receive the dividend. The company will hold its 22nd AGM on Ashoj 22, 2083, to approve the dividend of Rs. 39.30 crores, a 4% bonus shares proposal, and a 6.5263% cash dividend.
Shareholders must hold shares by Ashwin 14 to qualify for the 20% dividend payable for FY 2082/83. The bank has scheduled its 20th AGM on Ashwin 26 at Hotel Pokhara Grande, Pokhara.
