Book closure date for Prabhu Select Fund’s 12% cash dividend and Prabhu Smart Fund’s 10% cash dividend will be announced soon. Both dividends are for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Today is the last trading day in NEPSE to qualify for a 3.80% cash dividend (including tax) from Muktinath Mutual Fund 1 (MNMF1). The board resolved during its Shrawan 20 meeting to distribute this dividend to the fund's unitholders.
Book closure date for the 11.50%, 10.5%, and 9% cash dividends of Kumari Equity Fund, Kumari Dhanabriddhi Yojana, and Kumari Sabal Yojana will be announced soon.

Book closure for Narayani Development Bank’s 100% rights offering is set for 9 Bhadra 2082; shareholders who held shares before Bhadra 08 can subscribe to 2 624 676 right shares worth Rs 26.24 Crores, doubling the paid‑up capital to 52.49 Crores.
Today is the last day for unitholders of NIC ASIA Flexi Cap Fund, NIC ASIA Balanced Fund, and NIC Asia Select‑30 to claim the dividends declared for FY 2081/82. Dividends are 5.55% for NADDF, 8.65% (Rs 10.81 crores) for NICSF, 10.10% (Rs 10.30 crores) for NICFC, and 9.90% (Rs 7.47 crores) for NICBF, with book closure on 29th Shrawan 2082.
Shareholders of Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited must claim their uncollected cash dividends for FY 2074/75 and 2075/76 within one month of receiving this notice, or the sums will be transferred to the Investor Protection Fund.
