Terhathum Power Company Limited announces that the auction of its 4,18,738 unclaimed rights shares will close today, 3rd Bhadra, 2082. Eligible bidders may place bids with a minimum of 100 shares at Rs. 100 apiece.
Himalayan Reinsurance Limited has listed its 4.5% bonus shares on NEPSE. The company also approved a 0.24% cash dividend for FY 2080/81, payable on the paid‑up capital of Rs. 10.40 per share.
