The auction for Asian Life Insurance Company Limited’s ordinary and promoter shares ended on 5th Ashwin, 2082. The tentative cut‑off rate is Rs. 422.50, subject to change after final checks.
Muktinath Capital Limited declared a 9% cash dividend (incl. tax) at its 16th AGM held on 26 September 2025.
Cash dividend of 4% is to be credited to all shareholders before Dashain, with the remaining 4% distributed as bonus shares. After the announcement, Machhapuchchhre Bank’s paid‑up capital will rise to NPR 12.08 billion.

Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) has proposed a 5.263% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82, comprising a 0.263% cash dividend of Rs. 3.88 Crores and a 5% bonus share worth Rs. 73.84 Crores. The proposal awaits NRB approval before being endorsed at the AGM.
The auction of NICL’s unclaimed right shares closed on 7th Ashwin 2082, with a tentative cut‑off price of Rs 503.44. The share traded last at Rs 545.10 per share.
GLBSL proposes a 15% dividend for fiscal year 2081/82, consisting of 14.25% bonus shares worth Rs 1.65 crores and 0.75% cash dividend (tax included) of Rs 8,68,871.75. The dividend will be distributed after approval by the Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement at the company’s upcoming AGM.
