Applications for Narayani Development Bank Limited's rights shares open on 2nd Ashwin 2082 and close on 22nd Ashwin 2082. The issue will comprise 2,624,676 units worth Rs.26.24 Crores, raising the paid‑up capital to Rs.52.49 Crores.
Himalayan 80-20 (H8020) has declared a 16.16% cash dividend (including tax) of Rs. 16.16 crore for FY 2081/82.
