Dividend of 15.7895% will be paid to shareholders once approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and after endorsement at the 19th Annual General Meeting. It includes 10% bonus shares and 5.7895% cash dividend (inclusive of tax).
NIFRA has proposed a 6.3158% cash dividend for FY 2081/82, amounting to Rs. 1,36,42,12,800, to be paid only after central bank approval and AGM endorsement.
Book closure for Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited’s 8% dividend is Bhadra 27; shareholders holding issues before that date qualify for the dividend payout. The bank has called its 27th AGM on Ashwin 10, 2082, where the dividend and other agenda items will be approved.
