The company’s proposed 10% dividend will be paid only after approval by the Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement at its upcoming AGM. It includes 9.5% bonus shares worth Rs. 1.25 crore and a 0.5% cash dividend of Rs. 6,61,790.27 for FY 2082/83.
Unit holders of RBB Mutual Fund 1 and RBB Mutual Fund 2 must be on record by 11th Ashwin to be eligible for dividends, as the book closure is scheduled for 12th Ashwin. Bikash Hydropower Company proposes a 10.5263% dividend for FY 2082/83, consisting of a 10% bonus share issuance (worth Rs 2.41 crore) and a 0.5263% cash dividend (Rs 47,84,600.14). The payout will be made only after ERC approval and endorsement at the company's AGM.
Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has approved a 15% cash dividend, including tax, for its shareholders for FY 2082/83.
