Approval of the 10.3583% dividend (Rs 36.83 crore total) is pending central bank approval and the company’s AGM. Once approved, shareholders will receive Rs 19.05 crore in cash and Rs 17.78 crore in bonus shares.
The board has proposed a 10% dividend consisting of 9.5% bonus shares worth Rs 6.96 Crores and 0.5% cash dividend of Rs 36.65 Lakhs, to be distributed after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.

Unilever Nepal confirmed a dividend of NPR 1,842 per share, approved at its 32nd AGM on 11 November 2025.
Book closure for Sahas Urja Limited’s 22.1053% dividend begins on Mangsir 05, 2082, giving holders the right to receive the cash dividend and attend the 12th AGM on Mangsir 24, 2082.
Today, 27th Kartik, 2082, Shiva Shree Hydropower Limited closes the auction for 8,65,845 unclaimed rights shares. The auction opened on 20th Kartik and allows any individual or institution to bid.

NRN Infrastructure will hold its 13th AGM on Poush 4, 2082 at 9:00 AM (Amrapali Banquet, Kathmandu) to approve a 2.105% cash dividend of Rs 2.70 crore and a 40% bonus share issue worth Rs 51.37 crore. Rights shares will be offered at a 1:1 ratio after the bonus distribution.
