The rights offering deadline for City Hotel Limited has been extended to 26th Ashwin 2082, allowing existing shareholders to apply for 13,192,000 units at an 80% right before the book closure on 27th Shrawan 2082.
The deadline for River Falls Power Limited's rights offering has been extended to 26th Ashwin, 2082. Existing shareholders can still apply for 7,000,000 right share units totaling Rs. 70 crores.
RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has proposed an 8% cash dividend for FY 2081/82, amounting to Rs. 8.27 Crores. The dividend will be paid only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
