Vision Lumbini Urja Company Limited announced it will not distribute any dividends for the FY 2081/82, decision made on Mangsir 16, 2082, while the financial statements remain pending approval at the upcoming AGM.
Today is the last day to secure the dividend proposed by Super Madi Hydropower Limited (SMHL). A 5.2642% dividend for FY 81/82, a 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 11.02 cr, and a 0.2642% cash dividend of Rs. 58,02,632 have been announced.
