The dividend will be distributed only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company’s upcoming AGM, and is proposed at 13% on paid‑up capital totaling Rs.13.85 Arba, comprising 3.25% bonus shares and 9.75% cash dividend (incl. tax).
Today is the last day to qualify for the dividend proposed by Himalayan Distillery Limited. The dividend consists of a 25% share of profit after FY 2081/82, a 20% bonus share allocation and a 5% cash dividend (including tax); the AGM will be held on 30th Kartik, 2082 at 10:00 am.
