Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (LLBS) has decided not to distribute a dividend for Fiscal Year 2081/82, following its board meeting on Mangsir 26, 2082. The decision is subject to approval of the financial statements by Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Dividend distribution will occur only after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement at the company's AGM; cash dividend is Rs.1.13 crores and bonus shares worth Rs.21.50 crores.
IME Life Insurance Company Limited (ILI) has proposed a 10.52632% cash dividend for FY 2081/82, amounting to Rs. 52.63 crore, subject to approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and the forthcoming AGM.
Kutile Bukhari Small Hydropower Limited (KBSH) has proposed a 10% bonus share issuance worth Rs. 1.34 crores for the fiscal year 2081/82. The shares will be distributed only after approval by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the 13th AGM.
ACLBSL will not distribute any dividend for FY 2081/82, pending approval of the financial statements by Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM.
SPIL has proposed a 25% cash dividend of Rs. 70.16 crores for FY 2081/82. Approval is pending from the Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming AGM.

The book closure for the 15% dividend will take place on Poush 9, 2082; shareholders registered by that date are eligible for the dividend and can attend the AGM scheduled for Poush 25, 2082.
