Dividend distribution will be executed only after central bank approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM. CBBL proposes a 25% dividend (Rs. 80.38 crores) comprising 12.5% bonus shares and 12.5% cash dividend.
Shareholders on record before Poush 18, 2082 will receive a 5% cash dividend (excluding tax) on the paid‑up capital of Rs. 1,962,120,200. The 29th AGM will be held at Nepal Army Officers' Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu on Poush 23, 2082 at 11 AM.

Emerging Nepal Limited has proposed a 5.26315% cash dividend for FY 2081/82, which will be distributed only after Finance Ministry approval and endorsement at the upcoming AGM. The dividend is based on a paid‑up capital of Rs. 55.56 crore and the current LTP is Rs. 905.00.
