The auction for the 10,38,924 unclaimed rights shares of River Falls Power Limited closes today, 3rd Mangsir 2082. The minimum bid rate is Rs 100 per share, and 59,61,076 shares have already been allotted to valid applicants.
Book closure for Shivam Cements' 12.5% dividend is on Mangsir 11; shareholders listed before that date are entitled to the dividend. The 10th AGM is scheduled for Mangsir 25.
Book closure for the dividend is on Mangsir 12; shareholders must be registered before then to claim the Rs. 1,36,42,12,800 (6.3158%) cash dividend and attend the AGM on Mangsir 23.

The board of Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited has proposed a 10.53% dividend for FY 2081/82, comprising 10% bonus shares and a 0.53% cash dividend of Rs. 128,139,538. Approval by the Nepal Rastra Bank is required before the dividend will be endorsed at the AGM.
The auction for 21,50,418 unclaimed right shares of City Hotel Limited closes today, 30th Kartik, 2082. A total of 1,12,41,582 (85.22%) shares have been allotted, leaving 19,50,418 (14.78%) unclaimed.
NHDL has proposed a 9.47% dividend for FY 2081/82, which will be paid only after approval by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement at its upcoming 19th AGM. The board also decided to issue 9% bonus shares worth Rs. 3.49 crores and a cash dividend of Rs. 18.38 lakhs.
Approval of the 10.3583% dividend (Rs 36.83 crore total) is pending central bank approval and the company’s AGM. Once approved, shareholders will receive Rs 19.05 crore in cash and Rs 17.78 crore in bonus shares.
