Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta has proposed a 12% dividend for FY 2081/82, consisting of a 7% cash dividend worth Rs. 18.28 Crores and a 5% bonus share issue worth Rs. 13.06 Crores. Final approval will come from the Rastra Bank and the company’s upcoming AGM.
Dividend distribution is pending approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement at the upcoming AGM. NLICL's board has proposed a 12.5% dividend for FY 2081/82, comprising a 4% bonus share worth ~Rs 21.89 crores and an 8.5% cash dividend worth ~Rs 46.51 crores.
The board on Poush 02 approved an 8.421% dividend (4% bonus shares, 4.421% cash), pending final approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming AGM.

Shiva Shree Hydropower Limited issued 1,47,64,000 right shares and River Falls Power Limited issued 70,00,000 right shares; both are now listed on NEPSE with current LTPs of Rs.163 and Rs.372 respectively.
Book closure for the AGM is 12 Poush; shareholders holding shares before that day may attend the meeting on 25 Poush 2082 at 8 am at Jyoti Banquet and Event Management in Kathmandu. The agenda includes endorsement of the 2081/82 annual and auditor reports and the issuance of right shares at a 1:0.74 ratio.
National Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has proposed a 15% dividend worth Rs. 19.97 crores for FY 2081/82, consisting of 14.25% bonus shares and a 0.75% cash dividend. The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement at its upcoming AGM.
Shikhar Insurance Company has proposed a 6.3158% dividend for FY 2081/82; payment will only occur after approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
Sanima Reliance Life Insurance has proposed a 10.178% cash dividend for FY 2081/82, which will be paid only after approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement at the upcoming AGM. The stock's last‑day close is Rs. 398.40.
