SMHL has approved issuance of 1,15,76,250 right shares (50% of total shares) in a paid‑up capital increase to Rs 3.35 Arba, but the allotment will only proceed once it receives approvals from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and SEBON.

Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has proposed a 10% dividend for FY 2081/82, comprising a 5.6365% bonus share issuance worth Rs 9.33 cr and a 4.3635% cash dividend of Rs 7.22 cr, which will be paid only after central bank approval and AGM endorsement.
Book closure for the 5 % dividend and AGM of Barun Hydropower Company Limited will close on Mangsir 14; shareholders before that date are entitled to the dividend and may attend the AGM on Mangsir 26.
