Himalayan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited proposes a 7% dividend for FY 2081/82, comprising 6.65% bonus shares worth Rs. 2.12 crores and 0.35% cash dividend of Rs. 11.19 lakhs, with distribution pending approval by the Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement at the upcoming AGM.
Today is the last day for shareholders to secure dividends for Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited (13% dividend), Sarbottam Cement Limited (20% dividend), Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (6.3158% cash dividend), Agricultural Development Bank Limited (13% dividend), Barun Hydropower Company Limited (0.25% cash dividend) and Ngadi Group Power Limited (0.25% cash dividend). Book closure dates range from Mangsir 12 to Mangsir 14, so holdings must be recorded before those dates to be eligible.
Auction opens today (11th Mangsir 2082) for 6,21,606 unclaimed rights shares of Narayani Development Bank Limited, closing on 25th Mangsir 2082. Bidders can purchase promoter or ordinary rights shares starting at Rs. 100, with ordinary shares requiring a minimum of 100 units, and must respect regulatory quantity limits.
The 5.2632% dividend will be distributed only after endorsement by the upcoming AGM.
Green Development Bank has proposed to distribute an 8.0396% bonus share worth Rs. 4.58 crore and a 0.42314% cash dividend worth Rs. 24.10 lakhs for FY 2081/82. The payment will be made only after approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement at the company’s upcoming AGM.
Bottlers Nepal Limited and Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited will not distribute a dividend for fiscal year 2081/82. Shareholders registered as of Poush 11 will still attend the AGM and receive dividends for other periods.
Today is the last day for shareholders to claim the dividend for NRN Infrastructure & Development Limited – a 2.105% cash dividend worth Rs. 2.70 cr and a 40% bonus worth Rs. 51.37 cr – and for Shivam Cements Limited – a 10% cash dividend worth Rs. 54.56 cr and a 12.5% bonus worth Rs. 13.64 cr.
Cut‑off rate for Shiva Shree Hydropower Limited unclaimed rights shares was set at Rs. 140 after the auction concluded on 27th Kartik 2082.
JOSHI Hydropower Development Company's 2,414,100 right shares are now tradable on NEPSE as of their listing; the company’s paid‑up capital has increased from Rs. 37.14 crores to Rs. 62.28 crores.
SBI Bank has proposed a 9% dividend for FY 2081/82, consisting of 4% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend, pending approval from the central bank and endorsement at its forthcoming 32nd AGM.
