Today is the last day to secure the dividend proposed by Super Madi Hydropower Limited (SMHL). A 5.2642% dividend for FY 81/82, a 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 11.02 cr, and a 0.2642% cash dividend of Rs. 58,02,632 have been announced.
Today is the last day for shareholders to secure the 1.0526% cash dividend and 20% bonus share proposed by Mountain Energy Nepal Limited (MEN). The dividend will be announced at the 12th AGM on 29th Mangsir 2082, starting at 10:00 AM at Amrapali Banquet Catering & Events, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu.
Green Development Bank's 5.75% bonus shares are now listed on Nepse. A 0.3027% cash dividend for FY 2080/81 has been approved.
4 % bonus shares of Machhapuchhre Bank Limited are now listed on NEPSE. The company also approved an 8 % dividend for FY 2081/82 and a 4 % cash dividend (tax included).
Today is the last day for shareholders of Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited to secure the 19% dividend proposed for Fiscal Year 2081/82; the dividend will be payable to shareholders who held shares on or before Mangsir 16 and the 39th AGM, where the dividend will be endorsed, is scheduled for Monday 29 Mangsir 2082 at 9:30 AM at the Army Officers Club, Kathmandu.
NEPAL FINANCE LIMITED will not distribute any dividend for FY 2081/82, as decided by its 407th Board Meeting on Mangsir 12, 2082. The decision is pending approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Book closure runs from 23rd Mangsir to 7th Poush 2082; shareholders on 7th Poush are entitled to a 10.3583% dividend of Rs. 36.83 crore. The 21st AGM on 7th Poush 2082 will endorse the dividend payment and other financial reports.

Shareholders of Ghorahi Cement Industry Limited must attend the 5th AGM on Poush 14, 2082 to approve a 10.5263% dividend (10% bonus shares plus a 0.5263% cash dividend). The AGM will be held at Hotel Pauwa, Ghorahi-15, Dang, starting at 9 AM.
Citizens Bank International Limited approved a 5% bonus share and a 0.263% cash dividend totaling Rs. 777.31 million at its 19th AGM for FY 2081/82.
