Kutile Bukhari Small Hydropower Limited (KBSH) has proposed a 10% bonus share issuance worth Rs. 1.34 crores for the fiscal year 2081/82. The shares will be distributed only after approval by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the 13th AGM.
ACLBSL will not distribute any dividend for FY 2081/82, pending approval of the financial statements by Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM.
SPIL has proposed a 25% cash dividend of Rs. 70.16 crores for FY 2081/82. Approval is pending from the Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming AGM.
