Today is the last day to grab the dividend proposed by MBL Equity Fund. The 99th board meeting of Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited on Shrawan 21 at 3:30 pm approved an 8% cash dividend of Rs 9.73 crore (incl. tax) for FY 2082/83, with book‑closure on 2nd Bhadra and a current NAV of Rs 10.85.
Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited will hold its 7th AGM on 24 Bhadra 2083 (12:30 PM, Baluwatar Palace Banquet, Kathmandu), where shareholders will vote to endorse a 7 % cash dividend of Rs 2.00 Crores (incl. taxes) along with the fiscal 2082/83 financial results and auditor appointment.
Unit holders of NMB 50 (NMB50), NMB Hybrid Fund L‑II (NMBHF2) and NMB Sulav Investment Fund‑II (NSIF2) must be on record by 7th Bhadra to receive the FY 2081/82 cash dividends of 3.15 % for NMB50, 4.5 % for NMBHF2 and 10 % for NSIF2. As of Ashadh, the NAVs are Rs. 10.45 for NMB50, Rs. 10.48 for NMBHF2 and Rs. 11.66 for NSIF2.
Garima Samriddi Yojana (GSY) has announced that it will not distribute any cash dividends or bonus shares for Fiscal Year 2081/82; the decision was made at the 94th board meeting on Shrawan 27 and the 10‑year‑maturity closed‑ended fund remains managed by Garima Capital Limited.
Book closure for dividend eligibility is on 10th Bhadra; shareholders on record before that day will receive an 8.42105% cash dividend worth Rs. 10.10 crore, as approved by the board at the 67th meeting on Shrawan 28 at 8:00 am.
Mandu Hydropower Limited is proposing a 12% cash dividend of Rs. 16.36 Crore for FY 2082/83, to be distributed after shareholders and regulatory approval following its 228th Board meeting on Shrawan 27 2083. The company also revisited a 10% bonus share issue of Rs. 13.63 Crore (13,63,637 shares) and a 0.5263% cash dividend of Rs. 71.77 lakh, all pending final approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission.
Shareholders holding shares before Bhadra 5, 2083 (Book Closure) will be eligible for the proposed cash dividend of Rs. 16.36 Crore and a 10 % bonus (13,63,637 shares) at Mandu Hydropower’s AGM on Bhadra 18, 2083. The AGM will also endorse a 0.5263 % cash dividend of Rs. 71.77 lakh for tax purposes, approve the auditor’s report and appointment for FY 2083/84, and authorize daily travelling allowances.
The eighth AGM of NIC Asia Capital Ltd is scheduled for Bhadra 26 at 9 am in its Thapathali office, where shareholders will vote to approve a 50 % cash dividend (incl. tax) on the current paid‑up capital for FY 2082/83. The AGM will also present the FY 2082/83 annual report, auditor’s report and the balance sheet up to Ashad 2083.
Book closure for the declared dividends is Bhadra 04, so unit holders of Kumari Equity Fund (KEF), Kumari Dhanabriddhi Yojana (KDBY) and Kumari Sabal Yojana (KSY) must hold units through Bhadra 03 to receive the FY 2082/83 payouts: 10% (₹10 Crore) for KEF, 10% (₹12.25 Crore) for KDBY, and 2.90% (₹2.15 Crore) for KSY.
Unitholders of NMB Saral Bachat Fund – E (NMBSBF) must be recorded by **21 April 2083** to receive the **5.25 % dividend** declared for FY 2082/83. The fund, sponsored by NMB Bank Ltd and managed by NMB Capital, also offers a Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
