Asian Life Insurance Company Limited has called its 18th AGM for Falgun 11, 2082, and will endorse a 10.5263% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. Shareholders must hold shares before the book‑closure date Magh 29 to be eligible for the dividend payout and to attend the meeting.
The 30th AGM of Neco Insurance Company Limited will be held on 11th Falgun, 2082, and shareholders on record before the Magh 25 book‑closure date are entitled to a 15.7894% dividend.
