Global IME Laghubitta has proposed a 5% dividend of Rs. 3.09 crores for FY 2081/82, payable on paid‑up capital of Rs. 61.89 crores. The dividend will be distributed only after central bank approval and endorsement by the upcoming AGM.
Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has proposed a 10.5263% dividend for FY 2081/82, comprising 10% bonus shares worth Rs. 4.07 Crores and a 0.5263% cash dividend of Rs. 21.45 Lakhs.
