Book closure for Samling Power Company’s 7th AGM is Poush 16, 2082; the AGM will convene on Poush 29, 2082 at 10:00 AM, during which the board will approve a 100% rights issue at a 1:1 ratio against Rs. 50,00,00,000 paid‑up capital.
Shareholders of Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited holding shares until Poush 15 can claim the 25% dividend; the 24th AGM will convene on Poush 29 at 11:00 a.m., can be attended by those shareholders.
Today is the last day to secure the dividend of Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company Limited (HIDCL), where a 3.5% cash dividend worth Rs. 49.11 crores is proposed. Shares of Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited (CLI) can also be used to receive a 20% cash dividend worth Rs. 1 Arba, with the book closure date from Poush 08.

Book closure for the 13% cash dividend ends on Poush 18, so shareholders must hold shares by that date to qualify for the dividend of Rs. 65.15 Crores. The 18th AGM will be held on Poush 30, 2082 at the Hotel Harrison Palace, Biratnagar to endorse the dividend and other reports.
Shareholders registered before Poush 16, 2082 will receive the 15% dividend and are invited to the AGM on Poush 28, 2082. The meeting will commence at 10:00 AM at Hotel Seven Limited in Sauraha, Chitwan.
Book closure for the 15% dividend will close on Poush 20. Shareholders registered before that date are eligible to receive the dividend and may attend the 29th AGM held on Poush 29 at 10:30 am in Kathmandu.
Book closure date is Poush 18, 2082; shareholders listed before that date are entitled to the 7 % dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Book closure for the 12.50% cash dividend will close on Poush 16. The 41st AGM is scheduled for Poush 28, where the dividend will be approved.
NIMB has announced it will not distribute dividends for FY 2081/82, as decided in the board meeting on 7th Poush, 2082. The bank's paid‑up capital is 34.12 Arba and its last traded price is Rs. 190.20.
