MLBBL has listed a 14.25 % bonus share issue (worth ₹3.19 cr) on NEPSE and approved a 15 % dividend for FY 2081/82. It will also pay a 0.75 % cash dividend (incl. tax) of ₹16.79 Lakh; the current LTP is ₹1,300.00.
Today is the last day to claim UMHL’s 0.36842 % cash dividend (and the 7.36842 % FY 2081/82 dividend); the AGM on 27 Baisakh 2083 at Kalimati Banquet (11:00 am) will endorse the dividend and a 7 % bonus‑share issue, and shareholders holding shares before the book‑closure on Baishakh 04 are eligible – UMHL’s paid‑up capital is Rs. 1.23 Arba.
Book closure for HPPL’s 50% rights shares is 10 th Chaitra 2082; applications open 17 th Baishakh 2083 – 6 th Jestha 2083 for 15,981,255 units (1:0.50 ratio) worth Rs 53.27 crores.
Bonus shares for Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd (KMCDB) and Shikhar Insurance Company Limited (SICL) have just been listed on NEPSE. After its 16th AGM on Poush 30, KMCDB will pay a 10.5263 % dividend for FY 2081/82, including a 10 % bonus worth Rs 4.07 Crores and a 0.5263 % cash dividend of Rs 21.45 Lakhs; after its 21st AGM on Poush 29, SICL will pay a 6.3158 % dividend for FY 2081/82, comprising a 6 % bonus worth slightly over Rs 17.53 Crores and a 0.3158 % cash dividend of Rs 92.31 Lakhs.
Rights issue of United Ajod Insurance Limited (UAIL) opens today, 26 Chaitra 2082, offering 23.1 lakh 10 % right shares worth Rs 23.10 crore; the book‑closure is 17 Falgun 2082 and new paid‑up capital will rise from Rs 2.10 arba to Rs 2.33 arba, with Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited as issue manager.
5,67,322.20 unit bonus shares of Ru Ru Jalbidhyut Pariyojana Limited (RURU) have just been listed on NEPSE—investors can now trade them; the company also approved a 15.789 % dividend for FY 2081/82, a 10 % bonus share, and a 5.789 % cash dividend, with an LTP of Rs. 670.00.
Today is the last day to claim the dividend from Prabhu Insurance Company Limited (PRIN) – a 9.4579 % dividend (8.7 % bonus shares worth Rs 14.79 Crore and a 0.4579 % cash dividend of Rs 77.88 Lakhs) – and from Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ANLB) – a 15 % dividend (14.25 % bonus shares worth Rs 1.11 Crore and a 0.75 % cash dividend of Rs 5.87 Lakhs). Both companies have called their AGMs (PRIN’s 30th AGM on 9 Baisakh 2083 at 11:00 am in Kathmandu; ANLB’s 7th AGM on 7 Baisakh 2082 at 11:00 pm in Ghorahi) with book‑closure from Chaitra 26.
If you wish to receive the 7.36842 % dividend, you must still hold shares before the book‑closure on Baishakh 04, 2083. UMHL’s AGM is scheduled for Baishakh 27, 2083 at 11:00 am in Kalimati Banquet, Kathmandu, where the board will also approve 7 % bonus shares, a 0.36842 % cash dividend, and elect two new directors.
BNHC is offering 100 % rights shares—40 lakh units worth Rs. 40 crores—to existing shareholders from 22nd Chaitra 2083 to 13th Baisakh 2083; book closure is on 1st Falgun 2082 and only those holding shares before that date may apply, with NIC Asia Capital Limited as issue manager. This will double BNHC’s paid‑up capital from Rs. 40 crores to Rs. 80 crores.
Union Hydropower Limited (UNHPL) calls a Special General Meeting on 6 Baishakh 2083 (2 June 2026) at 11:00 am in Siddhartha Cottage, Dhobighat, Lalitpur; shareholders recorded before Chaitra 26 (10 April 2026) are eligible to attend.
