Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited will not distribute dividends for FY 2081/82. The 240th Board Meeting on Poush 26, 2082 decided this, subject to approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Shareholders approved a 15% dividend for FY 2081/82, comprising 14.25% bonus shares and 0.75% cash distribution. This follows a net profit of Rs. 87.50 crores and a capital adequacy of 16.62%.
Sun Nepal Life Insurance approved a total dividend of 20.2632%, consisting of 5% bonus shares and 15.2632% cash at its 8th and 9th Annual General Meetings in Kathmandu.
On 28th AGM, IGI Prudential Insurance approved a 5% cash dividend for its shareholders and announced the launch of IGI Health Care for cashless medical services across Nepal and India. The company also unveiled IGI Tourist Insurance with Himalayan Guardian Nepal to provide rescue and treatment coverage for foreign trekkers and mountaineers.
Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited has approved a cash dividend of NPR 51,04,18,970 (including tax), equivalent to 10.1780% of paid‑up capital following its 9th AGM held on 24 Poush 2082.
Corporate Development Bank Limited will not pay dividends for FY 2081/82, as decided on Poush 23, 2082, pending regulatory approval and the AGM.
SHEL’s 16th AGM approved a rights share issuance of 3,04,50,000 ordinary shares at NPR 100 each, to be managed by Muktinath Capital, with proceeds earmarked for Narakhola and Landruk Modi hydro projects.
UNLB will not distribute a dividend for FY 2081/82 pending approval of its financial statements by Nepal Rastra Bank and its upcoming Annual General Meeting. The decision was adopted in the 108th Board Meeting held on Poush 22, 2082, and the company closed at Rs. 1,920.00.
The bank closed its 24th AGM on 21 Poush 2082 and approved a total 10.37% dividend, comprising 5.37% cash and 5% bonus shares.
Today is the last day to claim the proposed dividend for NMFBS, NLG, and BHDC; book closure is Poush 22. Shareholders who hold shares before the cutoff can receive a 15 % dividend and 14.25 % bonus shares from NMFBS, a 7.3684 % dividend and 4 % bonus shares from NLG, and a 5.2632 % dividend and 5 % bonus shares from BHDC.
