Bhugol Energy Development Company Limited’s 88.66% rights share issue of Rs. 48.23 crores has entered SEBON’s preliminary review pipeline. Existing shareholders will receive 4,823,840 rights units (1:0.8866) upon approval, increasing paid‑up capital to Rs. 1.02 Arba.
