NADEP Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has declared no dividends for FY 2081/82, a decision made on Jestha 01, 2082 and subject to approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and its upcoming AGM; the bank closed at Rs. 742.
VLBS will not distribute a dividend for FY 2081/82 – a board decision dated Baisakh 31, 2083 that awaits final regulatory approval – so investors cannot claim dividend; the share closed at Rs. 695.50.
MSHL convened its 4th AGM on 21st Poush and approved a 15.789 % dividend for FY 2081/82, a 9.5 % / 15 % bonus‑share issue worth Rs 11.22 Crore, and a 0.789 % cash dividend of Rs 59.08 lakhs; the bonus shares are now listed on NEPSE and the stock’s LTP is Rs 681.40.
United Ajod Insurance Limited’s rights offering closes today, 31 Baishakh 2083, with a 10 % right at a value of Rs 23.10 crore (23.1 lakh units) – investors holding shares before the book‑closure on 17 Falgun 2082 can still apply. 112,336 applicants have requested 9,64,685 units worth Rs 9.64 crore, and the issue will be managed by Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited, raising UAIL’s paid‑up capital from Rs 2.10 arba to Rs 2.33 arba.
Shareholders must hold STC shares before 13 Jestha 2083 to be eligible for the 10 % FY 2081/82 dividend, the 0.5 % cash dividend of Rs 16.03 lakhs, and 9.50 % bonus shares valued at Rs 3.04 cr, and the 59th AGM will convene at 11 a.m. on 29 Jestha 2083 where the auditor for FY 2082/83 and a capital‑structure amendment will be approved.
BNHC’s rights offering closes today (28 Baishakh 2083), issuing 40 lakh right‑shares worth Rs 40 Crores; existing shareholders who held shares before 1 Falgun 2082 may still apply. The issue, managed by NIC Asia Capital, has attracted 39,393 applicants for 17,53,535 units (≈Rs 17.53 Crores) and will double BNHC’s paid‑up capital from Rs 40 Crores to Rs 80 Crores.
United Modi Hydropower Limited’s 12th AGM in Kathmandu approved a 7.36842 % dividend—comprising 7 % bonus shares and 0.36842 % cash—alongside the election of Renuka Pandey and Prapti Adhikari to the board, and endorsed proposals to transform the company into a holding entity, amend its memorandum and articles, increase issued capital and issue rights shares for fiscal year 2081/82.
CIT’s 5 % bonus issue of 32 40 856 units (plus an 8 % tax‑adjusted bonus) is now listed on NEPSE after its 31st AGM on Poush 30, where a 13 % dividend for FY 2081/82 was endorsed. The shares trade at an LTP of Rs 1,752.40.
Support Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMB) just listed its 9.5 % bonus shares (worth Rs 1.16 Crores) in NEPSE, and it approved a 10 % dividend for FY 2081/82 plus a 0.5 % cash dividend (Rs 6.12 lakhs) at its 11th AGM on Poush 30; the LTP is Rs 1,743.00.
Today is the last day to claim the 5.2632% dividend from Sanima GIC Insurance Limited (SGIC); the 8th AGM on 6 Jestha 2083 (11 am, Nepal Police Club) will also authorize this dividend, while the 179th Board meeting on 29 Falgun approved a 0.2632% cash dividend of Rs 56.57 lakhs and a 5% bonus‑share issue of Rs 10.75 cr – shareholders holding shares before the book‑closure on Baishakh 23 are entitled.
