Swabhimaan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited’s 114th board meeting on Falgun 15 approved a 10% dividend for FY 2081/82, consisting of 9.5% bonus shares worth Rs 1.45 araba and a 0.5% cash dividend of Rs 7.67 lakh. Distribution will occur only after central bank approval and the next AGM.
Bonus shares of Api Power Ltd. and Bhagawati Hydropower Development Company Limited are now listed on NEPSE, allowing investors to trade the newly issued shares immediately. The companies have also endorsed dividends of 5% and 20%, respectively, for FY 2081/82.
15% bonus shares of Soaltee Hotel Ltd are now listed in NEPSE, enabling investors to acquire them immediately. The company also declared a 16.57% cash dividend (incl. tax) for FY 2081/82.
Barun Hydropower Co. Ltd. (BARUN) has listed 4.75% bonus shares worth Rs. 5.09 Crores in NEPSE today. The company also approved a 0.25% cash dividend of Rs. 26.79 lakh for FY 2081/82.
Today is the last trading day to secure United Ajod Insurance Limited’s 10% right share issuance of 23.1 lakh units, valued at Rs. 23.10 crore; the issue closes on 17th Falgun 2082, after which paid‑up capital will rise from Rs. 2.10 to Rs. 2.33 Arba.
5% bonus shares worth Rs. 73.84 crores have been listed on NEPSE, and a 0.263% cash dividend of Rs. 3.88 crores has been approved for FY 2081/82.
Today is the final day for shareholders to claim the 1.11% cash dividend and 20% bonus shares proposed by Supermai Hydropower Limited for FY 2081/82. The 11th AGM will be held on 17th Falgun, 2082 at 11 AM in Lisara Receptions, Naxal, Kathmandu.
14.25% bonus shares of Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GLBSL) are now listed on NEPSE, allowing investors to trade them immediately.
Upper Lohore Khola Hydropower Company Limited will issue 76,47,060 right shares at Rs.100 each in a 1:1.5 rights ratio, aiming to raise Rs.76.47 crore. NIC Asia Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue and sales manager under the signed agreement.
NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited will not distribute dividends for fiscal year 2081/82, as decided at the 170th Board Meeting on Falgun 10, 2082. The action will become effective after Nepal Rastra Bank approves the financial statements and the company’s annual general meeting convenes.
