Bonus shares of Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CBBL), Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWBBL) and Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (SLBBL) are now listed on NEPSE. Current LTPs are Rs. 948.00 for CBBL, Rs. 773.50 for SWBBL and Rs. 864.00 for SLBBL.
Sun Nepal Life Insurance listed 25,15,616 bonus shares on NEPSE. The current LTP is Rs. 490.00.

Dividend distribution for Prabhu Insurance Company Limited is pending approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement at the company's upcoming AGM. If approved, shareholders will receive a 9.1679% dividend, comprising 8.7% bonus shares worth Rs. 14.79 crores and a 0.4679% cash dividend of Rs. 77.88 lakhs.
