Bonus shares of NRN, Shine Resunga Development Bank, and United IDI Mardi RB Hydropower are now listed on NEPSE. NRN will issue 51,37,489.14 units as a 40% bonus share and a 2.105% cash dividend of Rs 2.70 crore; Shine will issue 14,62,710.50 units as a 3% bonus and a 10% cash dividend of Rs 48.75 crore; UMRH will issue 2,30,412 units as a 5% bonus and a 0.26% cash dividend of Rs 11.98 lakhs.
Sanima GIC Insurance Limited proposed a 5.2632% dividend (Rs. 11.31 crore) for FY 2081/82 in its 179th Board of Directors meeting on Falgun 29, subject to approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and AGM.
