SMATA has just listed 3,14,525.7823 bonus units on NEPSE, endorsing a 5.26 % dividend for FY 2081/82, a 5 % bonus share issue (worth slightly over Rs 3.14 cr), and a 0.2632 % cash dividend of Rs 16.55 Lakh (LTP Rs 815.00).
Bonus shares of SADBL (10.36% dividend, 5% bonus + 5.3583% cash), PCBL (8.421% dividend, 8% bonus + 0.421% cash worth Rs 8.16 cr), MSLB (5% dividend, 4.75% bonus + 0.25% cash worth Rs 9.24 lakhs), and MLBL (10.37% dividend, 5% bonus + 5.37% cash) are now listed on NEPSE following their 21st, 18th, 18th, and 24th AGMs respectively (SADBL – Poush 7 2082; PCBL, MSLB – Poush 30 2082; MLBL – 24th AGM).
Arun Valley Hydropower Development Co. Ltd.'s 5% bonus shares are now listed on NEPSE, with a current last traded price of Rs. 296.00.
4% bonus shares of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited are now listed on NEPSE, with up to 20,41,459.2 unit bonus shares available for trading at an LTP of Rs. 501.20. The company also declared a 4.421% cash dividend for FY 2081/82.
Shareholders can claim a 15% dividend if they held shares before the book closing on Chaitra 26, 2082. The 7th AGM will be held on Baisakh 7, 2082 at 11:00 pm in Gorahi Sub-metropolita-15, Dang.
5% bonus shares of Chandragiri Hills Limited (CGH) are now listed on NEPSE, allowing immediate trading. The company also declared a 0.2632% cash dividend for FY 2081/82.
15% bonus shares of Upper Hewakhola Hydropower Company Limited (UHEWA) are now listed on NEPSE. The shares trade at an LTP of Rs 621.00.
Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NUBL) has listed its 5% bonus shares on NEPSE, enabling investors to trade the newly added shares. The company also approved a 12% dividend for FY 2081/82 and a 7% cash dividend totalling Rs 18.28 crore following its 27th AGM on Poush 30, 2082.
Singati Hydro Energy Limited issued 5% bonus shares worth roughly Rs. 14.5 lakhs, now listed on NEPSE with a last traded price of Rs. 354.10. Investors can acquire the bonus shares through normal trading on the exchange.
