Today is the last day to secure the 8.42105% cash dividend of Rs. 10.10 crore for Reliable Samriddhi Yojana (RSY), as approved by Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited on Shrawan 28. Unit holders recorded by the book‑closing date of 9th Bhadra are eligible for the dividend.
Shareholders holding shares as of Bhadra 23, 2083 (book closure) are entitled to a 15% bonus issue worth Rs. 34.72 crore and a 0.78947% cash dividend worth Rs. 1.82 crore. The dividend will be distributed at the AGM on 1st Ashwin, 2083.
On Bhadra 05, 2083 the Sunrise Focused Equity Fund’s 165th Board of Directors meeting declared a 4.50% cash dividend for the FY 2082/83. The NAV at the end of Ashadh was Rs. 10.45, while the market price closed at Rs. 9.80.
Prabhu Select Fund (PSF) will distribute a 12% cash dividend to unitholders for fiscal year 2082/83, while Prabhu Smart Fund (PRSF) will pay a 12% cash dividend including tax. The book closure date will be announced soon.
Investors holding Sanima Growth Fund units until Bhadra 17 will receive a 5% cash dividend of Rs. 3.36 cr for FY 2082/83, payable once normal distribution. The fund’s book closure is set for Bhadra 18.
Today is the final day to claim the cash dividends—3.15% for NMB 50 (NMB50), 4.5% for NMB Hybrid Fund L‑II (NMBHF2), and 10% for NMB Sulav Investment Fund – II (NSIF2)—by holding units on the 7 Bhadra record date; the fiscal year is 2081/82, and current NAVs are Rs 10.45 for NMB50, Rs 10.48 for NMBHF2, and Rs 11.66 for NSIF2.
Today is the last day to claim the proposed dividend from Mandu Hydropower Limited (MANDU). The company will hold its 14th and 15th AGMs on 18 Bhadra 2083 at 11:00 am in Nepa Banquet, Naya Bazzar, Kathmandu to endorse a cash dividend of Rs 16.36 Crore (including tax), a 10% bonus share of Rs 13.63 Crore (13,63,637 shares) on paid‑up capital of Rs 1.36 Arba, a 0.5263% cash dividend of Rs 71.77 Lakh, and other agenda items, with book‑closure on Bhadra 05 2083.
10,75,000 SGIC bonus shares are now listed on NEPSE, offering a 5% bonus (Rs 10.75 crore) and a 0.2632% cash dividend (Rs 56.57 lakhs) approved by the board on Falgun 29 and to be paid after the 8th AGM on 6 Jestha, 2083; SGIC has also endorsed a 5.2632% dividend for FY 2081/82 and closed at Rs 449.40.
Today (Bhadra 04) is the final opportunity to claim the dividends announced at Kumari Capital Limited’s 85th board meeting on Shrawan 21: Kumari Equity Fund (KEF) receives a 10 % dividend of Rs 10 Crore, Kumari Dhanabriddhi Yojana (KDBY) a 10 % dividend of Rs 12.25 Crore, and Kumari Sabal Yojana (KSY) a 2.90 % cash dividend of Rs 2.15 Crore, payable to holders who maintained units through Bhadra 3. Current NAVs are Rs 11.44 for KEF, Rs 12.26 for KDBY, and Rs 10.29 for KSY.
STC’s 9.50% bonus shares worth Rs. 3.04 crore have just been listed in NEPSE; the company also endorsed a 10% dividend for FY 2081/82 and a 0.5% cash dividend of Rs. 16.03 lakh, with the stock closing at Rs. 5,168.00.
