Bonus shares of Chilime Hydropower (CHCL) and Prabhu Insurance (PRIN) are now listed on NEPSE. CHCL received 70,25,917.54 units (8% bonus, Rs.70.25 crores) and a 4% cash dividend of Rs.35.12 crores; PRIN received 14,79,831.65 units (8.7% bonus, Rs.14.79 crores) and a 0.4579% cash dividend of Rs.77.88 lakhs.
Everest Bank Limited proposes a 15% dividend for FY 2082/83, comprising 5% bonus shares and 10% cash (tax) dividend, pending Nepal Rastra Bank approval and AGM endorsement. The current LTP stands at Rs. 729.50.
Today is the last day to claim the cash dividend, with SIGS2 offering an 8% dividend worth Rs. 9.60 crores and SIGS3 a 10% dividend worth Rs. 8.05 crores. Unit holders recorded until 14th Bhadra are eligible.
Eastern Hydropower Limited has obtained preliminary approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission to issue rights at a 1:0.871 ratio. The rights will be offered to shareholders after SEBON approval.
Book closure for Super Madi Hydropower Limited’s 15.78947% dividend ends on Bhadra 23, 2083. Shareholders holding shares before that day are eligible for the dividend and can attend the AGM on 1st Ashwin, 2083.

On Bhadra 05, 2083 the Sunrise Focused Equity Fund’s 165th Board of Directors meeting declared a 4.50% cash dividend for the FY 2082/83. The NAV at the end of Ashadh was Rs. 10.45, while the market price closed at Rs. 9.80.
