MERO proposes a total dividend of 7.8947% (Rs. 10.42 crores) comprising Rs. 9.90 crores in bonus shares and Rs. 52.10 lakhs in cash dividends, to be distributed after Nepal Rastra Bank and AGM approvals.
The rights offering deadline for Life Insurance Corporation Nepal Limited has been extended to 17th Poush 2081, giving shareholders until that date to subscribe.
Book closure for the 15.7895% dividend is on Poush 11; shareholders listed on that day are entitled to the dividend and are invited to the 11th AGM on 28th Poush, 2081, where a 50% right issue at Rs 1.30 per share will be approved.
Muktinath Bikas Bank and Global IME Laghubitta will not distribute dividends for FY 2080/81. The decisions await approval of their financial statements by Nepal Rastra Bank and confirmation at their respective AGMs.

Himalayan Bank Limited will not distribute any dividend for FY 2080/81, following its 463rd Board Meeting on Poush 01, 2081. The bank’s financial statements remain pending approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Book closure date is Poush 16, 2081 – shareholders held before this date are eligible to attend the 13th AGM scheduled on 26 Poush 2081 at 11 AM in Agrawal Bhawan.
Book closure on 17 Poush 2081; shareholders holding shares before that date will receive a 14% dividend of Rs. 53.28 crores and can attend the AGM on 23 Poush 2081.
Shareholders registered before the book closure on 19th Poush 2081 (January 3, 2025) are eligible to attend the AGM of BNT and BNL on 26th Poush 2081 (January 10, 2025) and, for BNT, receive a Rs 50 per share dividend for FY 2080/81.
The rights offering deadline for NLG Insurance Company Limited is extended to 16th Poush, 2081. Shareholders may still subscribe for 9,631,220.22 units of right shares (1:0.6256 ratio) for a total of Rs 96.31 crore.
