Prudential Insurance Company Limited (PICL) announced a 20% bonus share distribution, a 1.05% cash dividend, and a 30% right share issuance to its shareholders, all subject to approval at the 15th Annual General Meeting.

Shareholders holding shares until Mangsir 8, 2073 will be entitled to bonus shares of 24% from Siddhartha Development Bank and 17% from Araniko Development Bank, announced at their AGM on Mangsir 24, 2073. Siddhartha Development Bank will also offer a 60% right share, while Araniko Development Bank will pay a 0.89% cash dividend for tax purposes.
