Today is the last day for shareholders of Siddhartha Development Bank Limited and National Life Insurance Company Limited to claim their entitled 24% and 30% bonus shares, respectively. The share registers of both companies will close tomorrow (Mangsir 9, 2073) and remain closed until mid‑late Mangsir, following each company’s AGM.
Shortholders who own shares as of Mangsir 14, 2073 are entitled to an 18.18% bonus share and a 100% right share, to be approved at the 12th AGM on Mangsir 30, 2073. The register of eligible shareholders closes Mangsir 15, 2073.
Final approval has been granted for Kanchan Development Bank Limited to issue 50% right shares, raising its paid‑up capital from Rs 19.80 crore to Rs 29.7 crore. Sanima Mai Hydropower Company Limited has been added to SEBON’s right‑share pipeline for a 100% issue, which will double its paid‑up capital from Rs 1.05 arba to Rs 2.1 arba.
Shareholders must submit applications by Ashwin 9, 2073 to obtain a 50% right share in Agricultural Development Bank; the book closure is Ashwin 10, 2073 and applications can be collected at Ace Capital Limited in Kathmandu.
Arun Finance’s AGM book closure ends today, Mangsir 30, 2073, with a 100 % right share endorsement. Srijana Finance’s AGM book closure ends on Poush 2, 2073, with a 50 % bonus share endorsement.
The rights issue closes on Poush 10, 2073. NMB Microfinance is offering 5, 52, 000 right shares at a 1:1.2 ratio to existing shareholders.
Nabil Balance Fund-1 is distributing a 30% cash dividend warrant to unit holders from today, Mangsir 6, 2073. Unit holders must collect the cash dividend between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM Sunday–Thursday and 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM on Friday at Nabil Investment Banking Limited, Narayanchaur, Kathmandu, and must bring a photocopy of the original share certificate, identity documents, and, if applicable, an approval letter from the bank.

The 8th AGM of Pacific Development Bank will be held on Mangsir 28, 2073 at 1:00 PM to endorse a 22.10% bonus share dividend. Trading has been suspended pending Global IME Bank’s acquisition of the bank.
Only shareholders registered by Mangsir 14, 2073 will be eligible to receive a 27 % bonus share; the AGM is scheduled for Mangsir 29, 2073 at 11:30 AM in Butwal.
