Shareholders who hold Mirmire Microfinance Development Bank Limited shares until Mangsir 26, 2073 will be entitled to a 50 % bonus share announced at the 6th AGM on Poush 14, 2073. The AGM will also cover a 2.63 % cash dividend and a 1:0.25 right share issuance following the bonus distribution.
Machhapuchchhre Bank begins a 50% right share issuance today, with applications closing on Poush 24, 2073. A total of 1,93,22,700 units at Rs100 face value are available to shareholders registered one day before the book closure date on Kartik 11, 2073.
