Western Development Bank begins a 100% right share issue today (Mangsir 22) with applications closing on Poush 26, offering 15,69,600 units at a face value of Rs 100.
Shareholders holding shares as of Mangsir 28, 2073 are entitled to the 0.526 cash dividend; dividend payment will follow the 4th AGM on Poush 16, 2073 at 1:00 PM. The AGM will also approve a 10% bonus share issue and discuss a merger with another BFI.
