Today, Poush 5 2073, is the final day for shareholders registered one trading day ahead of book closure to claim the 30 % bonus shares of Himalayan Bank Limited and the 70 % bonus shares of Everest Bank Limited. The register will close tomorrow, Poush 6 2073, and the respective AGMs are scheduled for Poush 22 and 23, 2073.
The 9th AGM of Alpine Development Bank will be held on Poush 29 2073, where a 14.5% bonus share and a 69.49% right share issue will be approved; shareholders who hold shares by Poush 12 2073 will be entitled to the bonus.
Book closure for 25% bonus shares closes on Poush 8, 2073; the 8th AGM will be held on Poush 29, 2073 to endorse a 200% right share issue and increase authorized capital to Rs 50 crore.
