Kumari Bank Limited has announced a 21% bonus share distribution to its shareholders, subject to NRB approval and the upcoming Annual General Meeting. A 1.10% cash dividend has also been proposed, which would increase the bank’s paid‑up capital to Rs 3.26 orbis.
Garima Bikas Bank has proposed a 20 percent bonus share issuance to its shareholders, pending approval from Nepal Rastra Bank. The decision will be finalized at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Today, Kanchan Development Bank is issuing a 2:1 right share offering of 9,90,000 units at ₹100 face value, with the offer closing on Magh 23, 2073.
Today is the last day to secure 35% bonus shares of Lumbini Finance Leasing Company Limited (LFLC) for FY 2072/73, with eligibility limited to shares registered one trading day before the book‑closure on Poush 18, 2073. After issuance, LFLC’s paid‑up capital will rise to Rs 55.68 crore.
Machhapuchchhre Bank announced that the proposed 12% right share will not be dismissed and the AGM is scheduled for Poush 22, 2073. Shareholders registered one trading day before book closure (Mangsir 30, 2073) remain entitled to the 1.09% cash dividend and 20.75% bonus share.

Limited and 1,69,740 rights shares of Mithila Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited today. Investors holding any of these shares can now sell them.

Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) has added a 25% right share (4:1) to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) pipeline as of Poush 14, 2073, after its 10th AGM endorsement. The bank also began offering ASBA services through De‑Mat accounts at all 58 branches.
