Shareholders of Nepal SBI Bank can collect their 28% bonus shares from 26th Falgun, 2072, between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM on Sundays through Thursdays and 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday. Bring an original or photocopy of the share certificate, a citizenship certificate, and if you cannot collect personally, submit a signed letter of authorization with a photocopy of the authorized person’s ID; DEMAT holders will receive the bonus shares directly in their accounts after listing on the Nepal Stock Exchange.

Sindhu Bikash Bank Limited has been added to the SEBON pipeline for an 80% right share issue that will raise its paid‑up capital to Rs 47.19 crore, meeting the Rs 50 crore requirement.
