Today is the last day to acquire the 15% bonus shares of Global IME Bank Limited and the 25% bonus shares of Excel Development Bank Limited. Eligible shares must be traded by tomorrow’s market close, as book closures run from Chaitra 7 to Chaitra 21, 2073 for GBIME and from Chaitra 7 to Chaitra 19, 2073 for EDBL.
Today is the last day to acquire the 15% right shares of NIC Asia Bank Limited. The share register closes tomorrow (Chaitra 7, 2073) and the bank will issue 87,29,475 right shares at a face value of Rs 100 from Chaitra 16, 2073 to Baisakh 19, 2074, managed by Civil Capital Markets Limited.
The 2:1 (50%) right share issue by Kumari Bank Limited opens today and closes on Baisakh 10, 2074. Shareholders registered today are eligible to receive right shares, with Siddhartha Capital handling applications.
The 100% right share issue for Mission Development Bank closes on Baisakh 6, 2073. The bank offers 100% rights shares to existing shareholders from today.
Book closure for NBB's right issue on Chaitra 17, 2073 ends today; only shares held on Chaitra 16, 2073 can enroll to receive 3,20,94,068.80 units of the 80% right share.
NMB Bank account holders will receive a 51% cash dividend cheque from Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited starting today. Cheques are distributed from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday‑Thursday and from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Friday at NMB Capital Limited, Nagpokhari, Kathmandu; shareholders must bring the original share certificate or demat acknowledgement and a photocopy of the citizenship certificate.
From tomorrow (Chaitra 2, 2073) Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited will distribute a 51% cash dividend; dividends will be collected at NMB Capital Limited between 10:00‑3:00 AM Sunday‑Thursday and 10:00‑1:00 PM Friday, and shareholders must present their share certificate, a photo of citizenship certificate, and an authorization letter if acting on behalf of another.
SEBON has approved a 30% right share issue for Sanima Bank Limited, allowing 1,59,17,617 new units at Rs 100 each. Issuance will be managed by CBIL Capital Limited, with the bank later required to raise additional capital to meet the Rs 8 arba target by FY 2073/74.
SEBON has approved Laxmi Bank Limited to issue 100% right shares; Siddhartha Capital Limited will manage the issue for existing shareholders.
Investors must collect uncollected cash dividends from Nabil Investment Banking Limited within one month of the notice, or the amounts will be transferred to the Investors Protection Fund after five years. Nabil Bank reported a net profit of Rs 1.74 arba in Q2 FY 2073/74.
