Mission Development Bank Limited will conduct its 7th Annual General Meeting on Asadh 15, 2074 where it will endorse a 22% bonus on paid-up capital and a Rs 22.57 lakh cash dividend. The bank has clarified that auction allottees will not receive the 22% bonus; only shareholders as of the end of FY 2072/73 are eligible for an 11% bonus on their holdings.
Applicants can apply for the 214% right share from Shrawan 9, 2074, with the book closing on Asadh 19, 2074 and the issue period ending Bhadra 11, 2074. Only shareholders registered by Asadh 18, 2074 are eligible to apply.
SINDU has obtained SEBON approval to issue 20,97,540 units of 80% right shares, to be floated at Rs 100 per unit for existing shareholders. NIBL Capital Markets Limited is the issue manager, and post‑issuance paid‑up capital will rise to Rs 47.19 crore.
Only five trading days remain until the book closure date for Century Commercial Bank Limited’s 40% right share issue on Asadh 27, 2074. Shareholders holding shares until Asadh 26, 2073 are eligible to apply for the 18,854,257 right shares at Rs 100 each.

Starting tomorrow, unclaimed rights shares of Prabhu Insurance, Garima Bikas Bank, and Jyoti Bikas Bank will be auctioned.
The offer to buy 25% right shares of Purnima Bikas Bank ends on Shrawan 22, 2074. Only shareholders registered on Jestha 14, 2074 are eligible to apply for 8,80,932.82 units worth Rs 8.80 crore.
Asadh 19, 2074 is the last day to apply for Sunrise Bank Limited's 30% right share issue. Eligible shareholders must hold shares traded on Baisakh 28, 2074, and application forms are available at Prabhu Capital and Sunrise Bank branches.
The final day to apply for Machhapuchchhre Bank’s 12% right shares is Bhadra 7, 2074. The bank will issue 79,184,440 units at a 100:12 ratio, with a book‑closure date of Jestha 16, 2074.
Goodwill Finance Limited’s rights issue is open today and will close on Shrawan 22, 2074. Shareholders who hold shares up to Ashad 1, 2074 (the day before book closure) are eligible to apply.
Offer for right shares ends on Shrawan 22, 2074. Everest Bank Limited is issuing 33.33% right shares, 15,088,087 units worth Rs 1.50 crore at Rs 100 face value, to existing shareholders from today (Ashad 18, 2074).
