Mega Bank Nepal Limited (MEGA) opens its 65% rights issue today (Bhadra 27, 2074) and it will close on Ashwin 30, 2074; applications for the 10:6.5 rights shares can be submitted via Nabil Investment Banking Limited or Mega Bank branches.
Everest Insurance has added its 600% right share issuance to SEBON pipeline for approval.
United Finance Limited announced a 19% bonus share issue for FY2073/74, boosting its paid‑up capital to Rs 80.05 crore, and will issue 20% right shares to raise capital to Rs 93.50 crore. The company also confirmed a foreign partnership with Muthoot Finance Limited, giving the Indian lender at least 20% stake.
Barun Hydropower has announced a 5% bonus share issue and a 0.263% cash dividend for FY 2073/74, subject to regulatory approval. The company’s last traded price is Rs 210.
Today, Bhadra 26, 2074 is the final day for shareholders of Nabil Bank Limited to receive 30% bonus shares and an 18% cash dividend. It is also the last day for shareholders of First Microfinance Development Bank Limited to obtain 15% bonus shares and the forthcoming 50% right share allotment.
Siddhartha Bank Limited applied to SEBON on Bhadra 19, 2074 to issue a 10:1 right share program of 6,826,117.19 units at par value Rs 100 each. Eligible shareholders include those who participated in the earlier 30% rights issue and holders of unclaimed shares.
Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited and Samata Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited have declared 20% bonus shares for FY 2073/74. Womi will also provide a 1.108% cash dividend and Samata will provide an 11.58% cash dividend.
The 6th AGM is scheduled for Asoj 30, 2074, when Siddhartha Capital will announce a 100% bonus share and a 25% cash dividend.
Nirdhan Utthan Bank has proposed a 66.67% bonus share issuance and a 14.04% cash dividend for FY 2073/74. Approval will be sought from Nepal Rastra Bank and the company’s AGM.
On Bhadra 24, 2074 Bangladesh Bank’s board proposed a 12% bonus share and a 3.79% cash dividend, pending approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and the bank’s upcoming AGM.
