Himalayan Bank Limited will issue 25% bonus shares and 1.3158% cash dividends to its shareholders, pending approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM. The paid‑up capital will rise from Rs 6.49 arba to Rs 8.11 arba after the bonus.
Pokhara Finance Limited has been added to the Securities Board of Nepal pipeline for a 15% right share issuance at a ratio of 1:0.15. The planned issuance is 983,682.74 units at Rs 100 par, worth Rs 9.83 crore, with NIBL Capital Markets as issue manager.
Today is the last day to hold shares to qualify for Bhargav Bikas Bank’s 80% right shares and Siddhartha Insurance’s 20% bonus shares; shareholders must own shares by Kartik 14, 2074. The rights issue by BHBL will run from Kartik 24 to Mangsir 28, 2074, while SIL’s AGM to consider the dividend and bonus is set for Kartik 29, 2074.
Today is the final day for shareholders to apply for Mega Bank Nepal Limited’s 65% right shares and Best Finance Company Limited’s 125% right shares. MEGA is offering 2,97,85,034.63 units at Rs 100 each; BFC is offering 16,52,850 units at Rs 100 each.
Book closure for the AGM of NMB Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited begins tomorrow (Kartik 24 2074), leaving only 8 trading days to qualify. The company will issue a 25% bonus share, lifting its paid‑up capital from Rs 10 crore to Rs 14.08 crore after a net profit of Rs 4.53 crore in FY 2073/74.
