Trading of Mithila Laghubitta is suspended today on NEPSE pending inquiry. The board, meeting held on Kartik 10, 2074, announced a 15% bonus share distribution and 0.78% cash dividend, raising paid‑up capital to Rs 6.58 cr.
Today is the last day for shareholders to apply for the 50% (2:1) rights issue of Excel Development Bank. The issue, managed by Ace Capital Limited, offers 19,22,812.5 units at Rs 100 each, increasing paid‑up capital from Rs 38.45 crore to Rs 57.68 crore upon issuance.
The 4th AGM of Samata Microfinance will be held on Mangsir 16, 2074, where shareholders owning shares until Kartik 30, 2074, can approve the 20% bonus shares and an 11.58% cash dividend.
Shareholders of Jalvidhyut Lagani Tatha Bikas Company Limited will receive a 5% cash dividend on net profit FY2073/74, subject to approval by the concerned authority and the upcoming AGM. The dividend excludes tax and follows a similar 5% payout for FY2072/73.

The rights issue will open on Mangsir 7, 2074; close on Poush 12, 2074. Eligible shareholders may apply until Kartik 15, 2074 to acquire 3,45,800 right shares at a 1:0.5 ratio.
Trading of Srijana Finance is currently suspended by the Nepal Stock Exchange for inquiry. The board has proposed a 32.50% bonus share that will raise paid‑up capital to Rs 40.06 cr after approval.
Today, Kartik 16, 2074, is the final day to secure Prudential Insurance Company Limited's 20% bonus shares and 1.05% cash dividend; shareholders holding shares past this date will also be eligible for the Mangsir 1, 2074 AGM at Hotel Ichha, Simara, with LTP at Rs 1,395.
Today is the last day to secure 20% bonus shares and 1.108% cash dividend from Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (WOMI); only shareholders holding shares as of Kartik 15, 2074 are eligible, and the LTP was Rs 1,895 on the final trading day.
Today is the last day to apply for Kabeli Bikas Bank’s 50% right shares; the issue comprises 350,880 shares worth Rs 3.50 crore. Application forms are available at Global IME Capital Limited in Jamal, Kathmandu and at Kabeli Bikas Bank branches, but must be submitted before close of business on Shrawan 17, 2074.
