Both companies have filed SEBON applications for new share issuances. NBSL seeks approval for 180,000 IPO shares worth Rs 1.80 crore, while FMDBL seeks approval for a 50% right share plan totaling 2,281,313 units worth Rs 22.81 crore.
Today is the last day to hold shares in Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited (BNT) and qualify for the 25% cash dividend of Rs 25 per share on Rs 100 equity shares. The dividend closes on Mangsir 10, 2074, with the last traded price at Rs 5,900.
Today is the last day to claim Laxmi Bank Limited’s 10 % bonus shares and 0.53 % cash dividend. Shares must be owned by the end of the book closure on Mangsir 10, 2074, with the AGM scheduled for Mangsir 28, 2074.
Citizen Investment Trust Limited, following its BOD meeting on Mangsir 8, 2074, has proposed a 22% bonus share and a 1.157% cash dividend for tax purposes from FY 2072/73 profits, subject to approval at the forthcoming AGM.

Today is the last day to acquire 25% bonus shares of Sana Kisan Bikas Bank Limited. Shareholders holding shares until Mangsir 7, 2074 qualify for the AGM on Mangsir 29, 2074 and the proposed 1.316% cash dividend.
