Shareholders holding Neco Insurance shares until Magh 8, 2074 (one day before book closure on Magh 9, 2074) are eligible to apply for the 50% right shares. Neco Insurance will issue 39.21 lakh units worth Rs 39.21 crore, with LTP at Rs 860.
Dividend of 65% (50% bonus shares and 15% cash) has been proposed by the board of Forward Community Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (FOWAD), subject to approval at the upcoming AGM. Upon approval, shareholders will receive the combined dividend based on the FY 2073/74 net profit.
