Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited announced on its 10th AGM that shareholders will receive a 10% bonus share issue worth Rs 22.08 crore, while Rapti Bheri Bikas Bank shareholders will receive a 6% bonus worth Rs 94.23 lakhs, effective immediately.
Eligible shareholders who owned shares before Ashwin 1, 2074 will receive a 30% bonus, to be credited to their dematerialised accounts by Global IME Capital. Shareholders who have not yet received the FY2073/74 12.105% cash dividend should update bank details with their Depository Participant.
