SEBON has approved the issuance of 5% right shares of Manjushree Finance Limited, amounting to 3,62,190 units valued at Rs 3,62,19,000 in a 100:5 ratio. Ace Capital Limited is the issue manager, and this will raise the company's paid‑up capital to Rs 76.05 crore.
Today is the last day to apply for 50% right shares of Neco Insurance Company Limited and First Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited; book closure is Magh 9, 2074 and shareholders must hold shares until Magh 8, 2074 to be eligible.
