Today Magh 12,2074 is the last day to apply for Civil Bank Limited’s 40% rights issue and Reliance Finance Limited’s 45% rights issue before the book closure dates on Mangsir 4,2074 and Mangsir 7,2074, respectively. The issues will raise each company’s paid‑up capital to Rs 7.25 crore and Rs 74.32 crore after the rights shares are issued.
