The 30% rights issue of Prudential Insurance closes today, Magh 21, 2074. Shareholders eligible to apply until Mangsir 14, 2074 to acquire 12,83,040 right shares at Rs 100 each, raising Rs 12.83 crore.
The deadline for applying to Shangrila Development Bank’s 80% right share issue has been extended to Magh 29, 2074. Eligible shareholders must be registered by Mangsir 26, 2074 to participate.
