SEBON has granted final approval for Deva Bikas Bank Limited to issue 65,33,108 right shares, each priced at Rs 100. The issuance will increase the bank’s paid‑up capital from Rs 1.63 trillion to Rs 2.28 trillion.
NBBL’s 100% right issuance is now awaiting SEBON approval, with NMB Capital as issue manager for 7,66,463.15 units at Rs100 each, which will raise its paid‑up capital to Rs15.26 crore.
Today is the last day to apply for the 70% right shares of Suryodaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited; book closure on Magh 26, 2074. The shares are priced at Rs 100 each with a current LTP of Rs 1,345.
Soaltee Hotel will distribute 15% bonus share certificates to non-demat shareholders from Magh 29, 2074, between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm, except on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Bonus shares for demat shareholders have already been credited to their accounts.
Prime Life Insurance’s board has proposed a 32.50 % bonus share and a 1.706 % cash dividend, to be issued after the allotment of a 1:1.60 right share. Shareholders, including right‑share allottees, will ultimately receive a 12.50 % bonus share.
Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) shareholders will receive a 14% bonus share allocation from FY 2073/74 net profit, as approved by Nepal Rastra Bank today. A 10% right issue worth Rs 68.26 crore will bring paid‑up capital to Rs 8.47 arba.
The rights issue application window ends on Falgun 18, 2074. Eligible shareholders must be registered by Magh 7, 2074 to apply for the 40,27,966.20 units of right shares issued at Rs 100 par value.
The board meeting held on Magh 22, 2074 decided a 7.3% cash dividend of Rs 3.35 crore, subject to Rastra Bank approval. Payment dates will be announced after approval.
Bank of Kathmandu Limited’s promoter shares, 61.58 lakh units, are now listed for trading, along with 1.36 crore bonus/right shares of five other NEPSE‑listed companies. Investors can sell these shares from today.
Today is the last day for shareholders to hold Siddhartha Bank Limited shares and qualify for the 10% right shares. The book‑closing date is Magh 22, 2074, and the bank’s last trading price was Rs 370.
