Auction for 6.01 lakh unit right shares of Lumbini Bikas Bank starts today and ends Baisakh 09, 2075. Only existing promoters can bid for the promoter shares, with a minimum bid of Rs 100 per unit.
Today is the last day to apply for the 160% right shares of Prime Life Insurance. PLIC will issue 97,63,200 new units at Rs 100 each, raising paid‑up capital to Rs 1.78 arba.
Shareholders who have not dematerialised their NLIC shares must do so promptly to receive the 28.53% cash dividend and 42% bonus shares, which will be paid within five days of endorsement.
